Asante Sana (“Thank you very much” in Swahili)

You, yes YOU, are helping change the world. With every purchase of a B. toy you are sending a dime to Free The Children. May not sound like a lot, but as dimes add up they change the world.

At B. we strive every day to B. Good to our kids, ALL kids, their parents, and our planet. But we could not do it without you. Without every one of you and your children who play with our toys, there would be fewer children getting an education in parts of the world much less fortunate than ours.

As the year progresses we will send you updates on how Free The Children is using our donation first in rural marginalized Kenya. Their holistic development model knows that, to help children break free from poverty, schools are not enough. Children must be healthy to learn, so clinics are built and outfitted. Mothers must be empowered with sustainable alternative income programs. Clean drinking water must be made available so that girls especially are able to go to school rather than spend 4 hours a day collecting water (and then firewood to boil it) for their families to survive. These four pillars (Water—Health—Education—Alternative Income) are what Free The Children’s Adopt a Village development model is all about.

Now you too are a piece of that equation. Your dimes, one by one by one by one are making a humongous difference.

As Margaret Mead said: "Never doubt that a small group of concerned citizens can change the world.
Indeed it's the only thing that ever has."

Asante Sana Sana Sana,
