We alerted you about a safety concern with FunKeys on May 1 with your children in mind. With care and worry—and heartfelt appreciation—for the trust you place in us every day.

Our new production stronger keys have been approved by the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission). And a true-blue official recall is now in effect.

You’ve been so patient with us. If you’re already in our queue to get a replacement you don’t need to contact us again. We pinky-swear you’re in our logs and won’t B. forgotten. :)

• the H# and date etched into the back of the key remote
• your name and complete mailing address
• your phone number (just for UPS; we promise. No crank calls!)
